Apart from studio spaces, The Mill is also a dynamic creative hub and event space for cross-disciplinary design initiatives with an aim to encourage the innovation of newer and more exceptional forms of art in an increasingly collaborative landscape around this mid-Century old building.

2017 & BEYOND

Continuing the legacy of collaborative synergies, the new building that stands in the same lot is a collaboration between KRI:IET Associates and architect James Adams and takes its inspiration from a fusion of gothic and art-deco aesthetics. We also offer more rental studio units and event spaces than before.

This fusion of aesthetic styles which is grounded on its dark and alluring facade is very much a metaphor for the melting pot of ideas, histories, backgrounds and contexts that is The Mill.
